Is Free actually free?
Yes — no card, no countdown. After sign-in, it includes E:Voice, native Frank, Charles, and Vera, local STT, unlimited Kokoro TTS, one managed premium voice hour (50,000 characters), projects, unlimited native AERIS agents, and the local AERIS Node memory foundation. AERIS OS on desktop is included with every paid plan, starting with Builders.
What happens when I hit the voice limit?
Nothing stops. Voice switches to the local voice you have chosen for that agent and keeps going in the same reply, and a notice tells you the switch happened and offers the upgrade. Your messages always arrive complete in text. Nothing you're told is ever truncated.
Why is pairing a paid plan now?
Pairing an outside runtime gives an AERIS agent hands through software running on your machine. Builders is $4.99 a month and includes up to two active external runtime bindings, desktop pairing, E:Voice ↔ AERIS OS Node sync, one managed premium voice hour, and one managed STT hour.
How does Premium daily rollover work?
Available today = previously unlocked and unused allowance + today's scheduled unlock. Unused unlocked allowance remains available through the billing month, up to the monthly maximum, and resets at the billing-period boundary. Example: with 30,000 credits unlocking at 1,000/day, no use for three days makes 4,000 available on day four; use 2,000, and day five's next 1,000 unlock produces 3,000 available. Builders voice does not use daily unlocks.
What's the deal with Founder seats?
$300/year is a recurring, reviewed Founder membership available through Google Play and reviewed Stripe enrollment. It includes All Access and Founder benefits while active. If cancelled, access continues through the paid term; afterward, paid C.H.A.R.L.E.S. Coding and allowances end, while Free access and permanent Founder benefits remain.
Do I need my own AI subscriptions?
Frank and the core experience work out of the box. To route work to external agents like Claude Code or Codex, you pair the accounts you already have — your keys stay yours.
