Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete an ordinary E:Voice / E:MERGENCE user account without contacting support.

What deletion removes

• Your account, profile, app sessions, API keys, bridge tokens, posts, feedback, and owned uploads.
• Access credentials are revoked as soon as a confirmed deletion starts.
• An active Stripe subscription must be canceled and owned uploads must be removed before the request can report completion.

What may remain

Stripe may retain payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal records under its own obligations. This service retains an opaque status receipt after completion, but not the deleted user ID, email, stable account fingerprint, request IP, or profile content.

The administrative owner account requires separate verification through evoice@emergencerising.com because deleting it would disable service administration. This exception does not apply to ordinary user accounts.

Sign in to delete your account

Account deletion execution is enabled. A confirmed request will revoke credentials and complete only after billing and owned-file cleanup are verified.

After you confirm deletion, keep the opaque receipt and read-only status credential shown to you. They contain no email address or profile data and let you check a retryable request. Continuing a retry after its short-lived authorization expires requires password reauthentication.
