Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel in the place you subscribed.
Your paid features run to the end of the month you've paid for. Then your account moves to Free, and your data stays. Uninstalling an app doesn't cancel a subscription.
You get the same plan either way, so pick whichever suits you.
Google Play: subscribe inside the Android app. Google Play bills you, and shows the price in your local currency. To manage or cancel, open the Play Store, then Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Website: subscribe at your account's Plans page. Stripe bills you. To manage or cancel, go to your E:MERGENCE account, or email us and we'll do it.

AERIS OS is the E:MERGENCE desktop app for Windows and Linux. It connects your mobile apps to your PC. You need it to pair your own agent runtimes, like Claude Code or Codex, with E:Voice.
Anyone can download it. The first launch needs a sign-in on the $19.99 plan. It isn't on macOS yet. Install AERIS OS
Premium voices are studio-quality voices that run on our servers. The $19.99 plan includes voices from the E:MERGENCE voice pool: a set of premium voices we run for you. We choose the voices in the pool and update it over time. Your allowance is shown in your account.
You don't need an account with any voice provider. On-device voices stay free and unlimited on both plans. If you reach your allowance, the reply finishes in your on-device voice, so nothing is cut off.
Voice bundles are coming soon. They'll be optional add-ons: different voice models, each with its own usage and credit limits, on top of your plan.
